T Square Hotel (Ipoh)

1. The water pressure was good.2. Room is clean and spacious.3. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

1. No mini fridge2. The bed and pillows are quite uncomfortable. 3. The air-conditioner was leaking.4. Very limited TV channels

The receptionist (indian girl) are very helpful and friendly. Always smiling

Ample parking space. Lift available. Low deposit required (RM50). Great shower, strong water pressure and clean towel.

Mold on the wall. Stayed in Superior Queen Room, its a a bit small, not enough space to pray.

So far all good, very clean....

It was a great experience in this Hotel.We were welcomed warmly by the friendly staff and owner.The ambience of the entrance was so refreshing.Any little problems were right away settled by the staff.The rooms were well maintained.The hotel management were very accommodative.

That location far from centre town..

The accommodation booked was exactly on how it was shown on the page. I was very worried about the cleanlines of the hotel, but it was thoroughly clean and comfortable. The hotel's staff were helpful to the query since we aren't from there. The location was easily accessible for me to drive to Chemor as well to Ipoh town.

Only the ventilator sound in the toilet.

The staffs are friendly. The location is close to my intended destination, so that is good. Price is relatively cheap.

I booked two rooms. One of them, which was originally meant for me, was full of cigarette smell. I have a toddler with me so I can't imagine sleeping in a room like that for two nights. Staff told me there was no more room to swap but they would spray some freshener in it. My parents had to sacrifice and swap with me. Next night the room was still full of cigarette smell again.The hotel is located in a shop-house lot. It's smaller than I expected.The rooms at ground floor, however, are windowless. No air circulation at all. And they are quite small for a family of 3.

The water pressure in the bathroom was awesome and the room is clean too.

There is no mini fridge and not many channels to watch on TV.

Overprice hotel!! The bed are not comfortable and the pillow too soft. Cause my neck pain. No extra pillow provided. The staff who handle our check in is not friendly at all and a bit rude. I asked spare card as i told him that i want my room aircond turn on and i dont want to asked him everytime to open the room door for us. He refuse to give spare card and can said "It's up to you" And I dont know what the deposit purpose collected upon check in if you not able give extra key to the guest. You have not even have restaurant and not even provide basic minibar. Anyhow when i asked another staff on night shift, he can give immediately without any issue. I trust there is more to staff individual character that shouldn't have in this industry. Toilet very narrow and not suitable for plus size person. Probably will not stay this hotel anymore
